The Destinaishons Seminar, Aish Journeys’ exclusive Kiruv/leadership training program, is an 10-session leadership training seminar whereby participants are taught essential Kiruv tools and powerful Kiruv techniques that will enable them to be comfortable in a variety of different Kiruv situations, from a brief encounter to a professional Kiruv opportunity.  The Destinaishons Seminar runs every other motzei Shabbos from shortly after Succos through Purim. The seminar was created by leaders in the world of Kiruv with decades of professional experience

How it works

Participants who qualify receive an official prestigious Aish HaTorah Kiruv Training Certificate in four different levels of Kiruv/Leadership training:
  • Toras Emes:  How Do We Know We are Right?
  • Rav Noach Weinberg zt”l’s Fundamentals of Presenting Toras Chaim
  • Answering the Challenges, and 
  • Kiruv Tools and Techniques. 
The classes are taught by renowned experts who have worked in the field of Kiruv for many years and frequently teach these important topics.Graduates also receive important Kiruv training material that they can use for future endeavors and will become part of a professional network that will link them to Kiruv opportunities throughout the world.  The material includes a recording of many of the classes given as a part of the program, along with transcripts of certain classes and other valuable information.

In the past, Aish Journeys has placed students in a variety of different positions throughout the world, from important volunteer opportunities at an Aish branch or program to permanent employment for a Kiruv organization.  Participants in the Destinaishons Seminar receive frequent email updates on potential Kiruv opportunities.
